DIR Posts Solicitation for IT Research and Advisory Subscription Services & Computer Assisted Legal and Investigative Research (CALIR) Services

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) has released a Request for Offer (RFO) for: DIR-CPO-TMP-573 IT Research and Advisory Subscription Services & Computer Assisted Legal and Investigative Research (CALIR) Services

The purpose of this RFOis to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide 1) IT Research and 2) Advisory Subscription Services for DIR Customers that have varying needs to obtain information that cover a wide variety of subject categories including but not limited to: general, business, social sciences, health, education, science, finance, library materials, information security, etc. and 3) Computer Assisted Legal and Investigative Research (CALIR) Services. to the state of Texas, acting by and through DIR. 

This is a subsequent procurement to DIR-TSO-TMP-414 under the cooperative contracts program; however potential respondents should note that requirements and response instructions may not be identical. In part, CALIR services previously procured under DIR-TSO-TMP-261 are included in the scope of this RFO.

The Virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference for this RFO will be held on March 3, 2023 @ 1:00PM (CT).
