DIR Announces New Bulk Purchase Agreements

Bulk Purchases are coordinated by DIR where at least two or more eligible customers have requested to buy a product. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of all the offerings that are available through the bulk purchase agreements. Although these Bulk Purchase Agreements will be available for the next several months, this may be your final opportunity to use Fiscal Year 2022 funds. 

The procedural requirements and limitations otherwise required when making purchases under the DIR Cooperative Contracts program do not apply to Bulk Purchase Agreements.  State agencies may issue orders directly to a single provider without soliciting multiple bids, regardless of the total purchase amount.  Be sure to send a copy of your order to [email protected].
