Customer Notification – Vendor Maintenance and DIR Network
DIR offers two email notification lists to alert you of maintenance events, both planned and emergency.
Sign up for one or both DIR mailing lists.
CCTS-L List
- Announcement-only alerts to CCTS (Capitol Complex Telephone System) customers that may affect the telephone service on the Austin Capitol Complex
- Subscriptions to this list are restricted to CCTS customers
NetMgr-L List
- One-way announcement-only list will alert customers of DIR Network maintenance outages, network upgrades, and emergency maintenance events that may affect the DIR network and/or internet connection
- Replies to these notices are unmonitored
- Subscriptions to this list are open to all DIR customers
